Springboard App is a six-module, self-paced program that takes you from mindset through offer, on your schedule, at your pace. Each module builds on the last, so by the time you finish, you have a complete transition strategy, not just a better resume.

Is Springboard App right for me?

Springboard App is designed for federal employees and contractors who are ready to make a move to the private or nonprofit sector, whether that move is imminent or still in the planning stages. If you have federal experience, a sense of where you want to go, and you're willing to do the work, this program was built for you.

Springboard App is probably not the right fit if you're looking for a recruiter to place you, 1:1 coaching, a service that does the work for you, or a quick fix. This is a structured program that requires your active participation.

How long does it take to complete?

Springboard App is designed to be completed in about six weeks, but it's fully self-paced. You move on your own schedule. Some members work through it faster. Others take longer. Your access doesn't expire.

What if I'm currently employed and just exploring my options?

That's actually a great time to go through Springboard App. Doing this work before you're under pressure gives you the best results. Many of the strongest candidates are the ones who prepared before they needed to.

What are the two check-in sessions?

As a Springboard App founding member you have access to two optional 30-minute check-ins with Wendy, which are available to you any time during the program. Use them however you'd like: to talk through where you are, get feedback on your resume or LinkedIn profile, or just think out loud with someone who's been on both sides of this transition. They're optional but useful. NOTE: The check-ins are offered to founding members while Springboard App is in its early enrollment phase.

Can I pay in installments?

I'm not a federal employee or contractor. Can I still enroll?

Springboard App was designed with federal professionals in mind, and the content reflects that context throughout. That said, if your background shares the core challenge -- translating institutional experience into private and nonprofit sector language -- you may find significant value in the program.
